Expert Witness

We can provide CPR-compliant Expert Witness reports throughout the UK on many professional building matters. We have particular experience in housing disrepair, building & workmanship disputes, dilapidations, professional negligence and building defects.

Building Surveys

Our experienced Chartered Building Surveyors provide a range of residential building surveys. These include RICS Home Survey Level 2 & RICS Home Survey Level 3, Technical Defect Reports and Structural Surveys.

We also offer commercial building surveys tailored to your requirements.

Drone Services

Our chartered surveyors are certified drone pilots providing high-resolution aerial inspections, thermal imaging, 3D photogrammetry and more.

Dilapidations

We inspect a landlord’s property and produce a Schedule of Dilapidations. This lists any breaches in the tenant’s lease agreement regarding repairs, and the work required by the Landlord to rectify these, often with costs. The Schedule is usually served to the Tenant through a Solicitor.
