We were contacted by the landlord to provide a report on the condition of the existing flat roof. This was issued along with proposals and options for re-covering, along with budget costs.
We were further instructed by the client to produce a detailed NBS Specification on the preferred re-covering option and tender the works to suitable contractors.
On receipt of tenders, we chaired a pre-contract meeting with the principal contractor, client and tenants. When works commenced on site, we made regular site inspection visits through to completion and handover to a very happy client.
