We found the tenant to be living in a property with floors that were structurally unsafe due to extensive dry rot within the floor void. Speedy meter readings were taken and the cause of the dry rot was established. Furthermore, other issues and hazards were also identified within the property.
Our report was provided within 3 days of the inspection.
