We were able to quickly attend site and complete a specification for the reinstatement works to fix all the fire and water damage. This included:
- a complete new roof covering and structure
- complete re-plastering including ceilings
- replacement kitchen
- new sanitary-ware and fitted bedroom furniture
- total replacement of M&E services
We produced a tender package and appointed the winning contractor. We managed works on site and acted as contract administrator through to completion.
Works were completed to an exacting standard and ahead of programme. Total value was in the region of £130k.
