Such was the severity of the explosion, it was decided that the property could not be reinstated. The remainder of the property was demolished.
We provided constructional drawings for a replacement dwelling to match the original as close as possible, but designed the replacement to meet current planning regulations and building control approvals.
We project managed the works on site including chairing site meetings and providing contract administration duties.
