We were able to quickly attend site and complete a specification for the reinstatement works. These included a total re-wire, replacement frying range, structural works, plastering and decoration. We produced a tender package and appointed the winning contractor. We managed works on site and acted as contract administrator through to completion.
Works were completed to an excellent standard and ahead of programme. Total value was in the region of £80K.
