This property, in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, was purchased in a state of disrepair by our client.
We worked closely with the client to achieve a design that flowed well with the existing layout. We submitted the design drawings for building control and planning permission, successfully achieving building control approval without delay.
However, the planning application was rejected. Both our Director and our client believed this decision to be unjustified. We appealed the decision and received a successful outcome.
The completed extension looks practically original to the construction of the property. A genuinely excellent outcome for our client.
