We have provided numerous cavity wall insulation surveys. As part of this service we inspect within the wall cavity with a borroscope to several locations of each elevation – and make good on completion.
We also undertake a thorough inspection of the property internally and externally to identify if the installation has been undertaken in accordance with CIGA and other relevant requirements. This includes damp checks and, where possible, thermal imaging inspections.
We can also incorporate our inspection into an Expert Witness report for legal proceedings.
