Our inspections can be intrusive or non intrusive and can include borroscope inspections – which are particularly useful for inspecting steel stanchion feet for corrosion. Occasionally, we also take samples of materials for laboratory analysis.
Our reports are frequently requested by mortgage providers to confirm the structural stability of a property before funds are released. Our reports give detailed advice on the construction type, typical defects with the type of construction, any defects noted, repair advice and approximate costings.
