This survey includes an inspection and report on the main structural elements of the property including External Roofs, Roof Structure, Internal Walls, External Walls and Floors. It also includes inspection of any defects such as structural movement, damp, condensation, rot, etc.
The report is written in plain English and includes photos of relevant defects noted. We also include budget costs for rectification of any defects noted.
