Conservation and Heritage Buildings

We work throughout the UK in the Historic, Heritage and Listed building sector.
Conservation to listed Georgian dwellings

Our founder Matthew Wood has considerable experience in this sector, and has undertaken Building Conservation work on many different property types from domestic dwelling houses to multi-storey hotels, and just about everything in between.

Matthew is an active member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC) – the premier professional body for building conservation professionals.

Heritage buildings are considered to be any property constructed prior to 1919, meaning there are literally millions throughout the UK. All of these require the specialist care of a qualified conservation professional – whether it’s just for a single defect inspection or design & project management of extensive works.

We are here to help, in what can often be a complex area.

We work to the principles of BS7913: 2013 (Guide to the Conservation of Historic Buildings) and apply this document to all our projects in building conservation.
