Our Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules are designed to establish annual maintenance costs in advance and identify works required in the future, which are fully costed and prioritised.

Our Planned Maintenance schedules can be restricted to the structural elements of the property or include every aspect of the building – including services. Our schedules can be produced to cover 5 to 20 years.

On completion of the initial plan, we are often retained or re-instructed to undertake regular inspections to identify new defects and update the plan accordingly. It is the clients choice how often to have re-inspections, but once or twice a year is common.

We are frequently requested to design, specify and manage any maintenance works utilising our technical knowledge.  This ensures works are undertaken by suitable & trusted contractors, thereby delivering best value to the client.
