Our Due Diligence survey is an inspection of a property which is more detailed than our standard Pre Purchase survey.
With a due diligence survey, the building is examined to ensure it is suitable for the use you want to use it for – both short and long term. Additionally, we advise you of any future cost requirements and building operational problems.
The report is produced in part-written and part-tabled structure. The survey provides detailed guidance on the areas of compliance and, perhaps more importantly, non-compliance. The report includes advice on remedial works required along with budget costings.
